The condo that changed the way I marketed myself

This home is in the Cloverdale Meadows condominium development. The seller was a friend of my who was a doctor at Kaiser Hospital. I helped her buy it in 2006 +/-. She was selling it at a loss, but was having a hard time managing it from so far away. As I began to market the home I found a buyer for her, and she was able to sell it.
One day I was driving to the condo from Santa Rosa just to open the door for the carpet cleaner. The trip was going to an hour + of commuting there and back to Santa Rosa, all for a $2500 commission. I recall thinking "I wish I could just sell homes in Rincon Valley". It was at that point that I decided I was going to just focus on selling homes close to where I lived. There is no need for me to drive to Petaluma or Cloverdale to sell a condominium. It just wasn't a smart use of my time. At that point, I changed my logo to Your Rincon Valley Realtor, and focus all my personal advertising (advertising myself) on farming Rincon Valley.
